Holmes & Hills Solicitors is pleased to announce senior associates Craig Kelly and Rosanna Clarke have joined the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department and Commercial Property Department respectively.
Craig Kelly joined the firm's Corporate and Commercial Department in June 2023 to lead the charge on Holmes & Hills’ commercial services. He has a long-standing reputation as a commercial law specialist within the Essex business community having worked in the legal sector for over a decade. Craig prides himself on his no-jargon approach, explaining the law to his clients in a digestible and understandable way. He specialises in assisting business owners and businesses with a broad range of commercial legal services and their company law requirements such as:
Craig is a specialist commercial solicitor further strengthening the firm’s commercial service offering to business owners, managers, directors, and shareholders across East Anglia.
Moreover, Craig brings a unique offering to the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department boasting a specialism in Intellectual Property Law, Trademark Law, and copyright.
Rosanna also joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in June 2023, joining the Commercial Property Department. Having previously worked for another large law firm in the region, Rosanna joined Holmes & Hills to support clients with a range of commercial property matters such as buying and selling commercial property, commercial leases, and property finance. As well as supporting the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department by undertaking the property aspects of corporate/commercial transactions.
Rosanna is a specialist commercial property solicitor having worked in the commercial real estate sector since 2011 therefore she is well placed to support Holmes & Hills' existing and new commercial clients.
Craig works alongside solicitors, Katherine Waumsley and Sophie Perry who are currently working with many businesses and business owners in the region on a wide range of commercial matters. In addition, Craig, Katherine, and Sophie will work alongside the firms’ well-established Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution and Planning Law Departments. Together with working closely with the firm’s employment law specialists – Hilary Burgess and David Dixey.
