Bryony works with individuals, families, and businesses to support them with their property-related transactions.

As a member of Holmes & Hills’ dedicated and proactive Residential Property Department, Bryony assists Cherie Wallace and Jenny Jinman on all types of residential conveyancing matters such as:

• Purchasing and selling properties
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• First-time buyers

Within her role, Bryony aims to go beyond the needs and expectations of the client. She prides herself on building a good rapport and cementing a relationship with her clients throughout a property transaction.

Bryony aims to be empathetic towards each client, understanding their story and individual needs.

Bryony joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2023, having previous property experience working in an Estate Agency. She is based at the firm’s Halstead office.
